The Techno Saw offers a wide range of options for precise and efficient wood processing, including the cutting of packages for the simultaneous processing of multiple workpieces, as well as the integration of label or inkjet printers for product marking. It also facilitates the processing of round piles and provides connection options for mechanisation solutions to further automate processes and increase productivity.

Powerful 5-axis unit

Machining is performed by a 5-axis milling head with a 5.8 kW motor, featuring two outputs: one with an HSK 63F holder for automatic tool changes and the other with a flange holder for a saw blade up to 480 mm in diameter.

Safe and precise workpiece transport

The motorised cross chains with dogs ensure both safe and precise workpiece transport on the infeed. The workpiece is clamped firmly and reliably, preventing slipping or warping of the workpiece causing any problem during processing. This stable fixturing not only increases the accuracy of the machining process but also enables faster and more efficient working methods. Precise guidance of the workpiece into and out of the machine optimises production quality and minimises the risk of errors.

Automatic tool change for minimal downtime

With a total of 8 positions, the tool magazine efficiently manages various tools, allowing for quick changes as needed. The primary advantage of this magazine is the significant reduction in downtime, as tool changes can occur without delay.

E-Live Software

The machine is controlled by the innovative ESSETRE E-Live software, which provides three-dimensional visualisation of the workpiece and corresponding processing. Its flexibility allows integration with the most common CAD/CAM programs for wood constructions. Additionally, it features a simulation and anti-collision system for maximum safety and efficiency.
