Safe and precise woodworking

Thanks to high-quality pneumatic components, the Techno Wall machine transports walls reliably and fixes them securely on the worktable. The effective vibration damping and other technical details enable sawing and routing work to be carried out with maximum precision.

User-friendly handling

The sophisticated design of the Essetre joinery system ensures particularly user-friendly handling of all walls. One highlight is the mobile bridge, which is fully integrated into the worktable and can automatically rotate walls weighing up to five tonnes through 180 degrees.

Modular design of the machine stand

The modular machine stand enables flexible adaptation to a wide range of requirements. Different lengths of both the machine and the work table can be realised. This flexibility means that the available space in the hall can be utilised to the maximum.

High-performance machining centre

The Techno Multiwall is a 5-axis machining centre with a 55 kW work spindle and a 53 kW saw blade unit. Thanks to the patented turning system, the workpiece can be automatically brought into the most suitable position and then machined at a speed of 20 metres per minute.

Short set-up times and a safe workplace

The guide rails for the portal on the joinery machine are permanently mounted on the machine stand. This eliminates the need for alignment and the time required for this (also afterwards). In addition, precision is ensured at all times during wood processing. Tripping hazards for employees on the floor are also avoided, effectively preventing accidents at work.

Automatic tool change, minimum downtime

With a total of 9 positions, the tool magazine offers the option of efficiently managing different tools and changing them quickly when required. The biggest advantage of such a magazine is the considerable reduction in downtimes, as the tool change can take place almost without delay.

Versatile unit for milling and sawing work

Machining is performed by a 5-axis milling head with a 53 kW motor that has two outputs: one with an HSK 80F holder for automatic tool change and the other with a flange holder for a saw blade size of up to 1200 mm in diameter.

E-Live Software

The machine is controlled by the innovative Essetre E-Live software, which provides a three-dimensional visualisation of the workpiece and the corresponding processing. Thanks to its flexibility, the software can be connected to the most common CAD/CAM programmes for timber constructions. It also has a simulation and anti-collision system for maximum safety and efficiency.

In addition to high-performance joinery machines, Essetre also offers complete turnkey systems. These include innovative automation solutions for loading and unloading as well as state-of-the-art line monitoring systems with advanced sensor technology.
